ANNOUNCEMENT: We have changed our name! End Exploitation Montana will now called -- Project STAND. We look forward to offering you the same great resources. Check out our new website here.
We accomplish our mission through 4 focus areas:
Our preventative approach includes a middle school media safety program we created, based on research of what we recognized as a gap in services. It strengthens individuals and families against online vulnerabilities. It goes beyond addressing sexual exploitation to cover other overlapping issues like screen time, social media, cyberbullying, mental health, and positive technology use. We call our program, STAND Week.
We also support parents with prevention efforts through our Parent Empowerment Speaker Series.
Since good policies create a foundation for healthy societies, we are actively involved in educating lawmakers and citizens about policies that exploit. We advocate for needed changes at the local, state, national, and international level.
We provide a listing of recovery resources that can help individuals and families address various forms of sexual exploitation. We also provide support to recovery programs through educational resources about how to stop the cycle of exploitation.
We are grateful for a wide variety of scientific research that has been done in the field of sexual exploitation. We help disseminate the available research through links to applicable articles, professional statements, TED Talks, and more.
We value communication and collaboration, and welcome opportunities for either. Contact us to learn more or connect.
